I haven't been writing as often as I usually do, but soon you'll see why. Let me think how many projects we have going on right now at my house.... four or five. It's crazy, yes. I wish I could just do one at a time, but I'm not like that so... I don't. We've been spending way too much money at Lowes. This has become my favorite store! Ha!
I couldn't get anything done without my big helper!!! Look at those guns!!! ;o)
Here's how our basement/playroom is looking right now.
Our kids' bathroom flooded and the linoleum was totally warped. It looked like waves, it was so bad. So we finally put in some fake tile, that looks just like tile, but if my kids slip, fall and hit their heads they won't get hurt as badly.
We've replaced all of the door knobs in the house. I can't stand gold. I hate it, so every door knob, door hinge or light fixture will eventually be replaced. I can't wait to paint my front door and around it. It just needs to get a tad bit warmer.
Anyone want to take a vote!?!
Here's another thing I'm doing on my own, while my husbands at work. I can't stand my front little patio. I want just a cute little planter up against the house, so I began ripping out bricks the other day. I can't wait to get this finished!
I hope you all follow along as my home transforms this year. It's WAY too much fun!
